Our Commitment to Google API Compliance
EasyClass AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Limited Use Disclosure
Our application strictly complies with all conditions specified in Google's Limited Use policy:
No Unauthorized Human Access
We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless:
- • You have provided affirmative agreement to view specific data
- • It is necessary to provide the service you requested (e.g., importing assignments for grading)
- • It is required for security purposes (investigating abuse or security issues)
- • It is required to comply with applicable law
No Advertising Use
We do not use or transfer Google user data for:
- • Serving advertisements
- • Retargeting
- • Personalized advertising
- • Interest-based advertising
We never use your Google Classroom data for any advertising purpose.
Limited to User-Facing Features
We limit our use of Google data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface:
- • Importing assignments from Google Classroom for grading
- • Fetching student submissions for AI-assisted grading
- • Pushing grades back to Google Classroom
- • Displaying course and assignment lists for teacher selection
All other uses of Google data are prohibited.
No Unauthorized Transfers
We only transfer Google data to others if necessary to:
- • Provide or improve user-facing features in our application
- • Comply with applicable laws
- • As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice)
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with third parties for their own purposes.
What Google Data We Access
When you connect your Google Classroom account, we request access to:

How We Use Google Classroom Data
Course List Display
We fetch your Google Classroom courses to display them in our interface, allowing you to select which class to work with.
Assignment Import
When you choose to grade an assignment, we import the assignment details and student submissions from Google Classroom.
AI-Assisted Grading
Student submissions are processed through our AI grading system. Important: Student names are removed before AI processing. Our AI provider has Zero Data Retention enabled.
Grade Sync
After you review and approve grades, we push them back to Google Classroom along with optional feedback comments.

Link your Google account in Settings → Integrations
Remove access at any time in Settings → Integrations
Remove our access entirely at Google Account Permissions
Delete all data by deleting your EasyClass account
